Fearfully and wonderfully made
Hannah Styles is an inspirational Christian writer, podcast host, and mental-health advocate passionate about helping women heal after emotional abuse, divorce, and deeply rooted feelings of not being enough. At 28, Hannah walked away from an emotionally unhealthy marriage, uprooted her life, changed jobs, moved towns, and began rebuilding from the ground up.
Walking through anxiety, OCD, depression, overthinking, anxious attachment, abandonment trauma, and chronic guilt, Hannah discovered a God who does not shame His daughters for hurting. He sits with them in the pain, strengthens them in the rebuilding, and calls them beloved through it all. These experiences now shape the heart of her writing and speaking: honest, compassionate, trauma-informed encouragement rooted in Scripture and practical emotional wisdom.
Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and is pursuing her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling. She beautifully integrates biblical insight with mental-health understanding, helping women move from self-doubt to God-confidence and from emotional chaos to clarity and peace.
She lives in North Carolina with her soul dog, Lulu-a constant reminder of unconditional love.
